I want to thank you for the excellent job your company has done in enclosing our patio to produce a very beautiful and functional additional Family Room! From our first meeting with you to the final day of installation, we have been extrememly pleased with you, you receptionist, your work crew, and the product. It has been a very satisfactory experience and we will recommend you to everyone who asks about our new room.
I also want to make special mention about your work crew because I found them to be very professional, but also very dependable and helpful. When the footer was poured for the project, before the cement had hardened, 2 of our 3 dogs ran across the patio and fell chest-deep into soft cement. Without a moment''s hesitation, your workers stopped what they were doing, helped my round up the frightened animals, and immediately began to wash the cement from our dogs. I was so surprised by the degree of compassion and their willingness to help our animals - whether it was quitting time or not. Once the dogs were taken care of, the crew patched the cement without any complaints and then packed up for the day. There were no negative comments; the men were totally concerned about the health and safety of the dogs. It was so gratifying!
